How to Tighten Strap:
1. Pass the strap under the tensioner rotating shaft
2. Pass the strap through the center slot of the tensioner rotating shaft
3. Pull the tensioner handle back and forth

How to Release Strap:
1. Fasten the safety plate outwards
2. Open the tensioner to level
3. Pull out the strap
