I have had this cart for about one week. It is well built with nice finished parts. It will lift the cargo up to 36" off the ground making it easy to load into a pickup truck. Both motors are very strong. It has two walking speeds, the slow one is great for moving in tight locations. The fast speed is great when you are out in the open. The battery has a power gauge and the switch to turn the battery on. The unit was well packed and had Allen wrenches and tools needed to install the two handles. The shipping was fast, you can see the box in my photo. If you want the BEST unit on the market this is it...TOP OF THE LINE
We purchased these hand trucks for our rental properties maintenance techs in four states. This product is amazing! I had a guy in a boot for his foot use this hand truck to take a refrigerator up three floors and down three floors and it took little muscle and one foot! We love them! Every Property Management team should have one!
Great idea!! This unit will save the backs of our service technicians and make it safer to take the water heaters and heavy items down steps. It is very easy to understand and even simpler to operate. With the service technicians the backbone of our company, their safety is a priority.
