Can it climb all types of stairs?

The stairclimbing mechanism is compatible for step height less than 8.3 inches. In the step range of 8.3 inches, the operator doesn’t have to make any adjustment.

How fast does it climb?

There are 2 speeds for Soduro stair climbing hand truck and 5 speeds for Soduro stair climbing dolly. And we have the climbing speed data in correponding product description.

Does it scratch on high end wood floors?

Soduro stair climbers are made to climb all stairs up to 8.3 inches on height. If the wheels are cleaned off you should not have any issues with scratching floors.

Are there any specific requirements for someone to operate this stair climber?

The operator should be in good physical health. We recommend operator should be between the ages of 18-70.

Could the stair climber be overloaded?

No, it can’t. We have designed the structure and motors based on the max loading capacity for all the powered stair climbers.

Are there any special requirement for using these powered stair climbers?

There some special natural requirements for these stair climbers:

These stair climber is recommended to be used below 1000 meters altitude, and the environmental humidity is required to be within the range of 45%-85% (no coagulated snow).
Before initial operation, please ensure the machine is operated in an environment higher than 0 ℃.
Do not allow other people to stand behind the machine during operation! Prevent the machine from tipping over due to improper operation and cause danger to the operator.
Due to the big size of XSTO stair climber, PO Box address can not be accepted.
