I have had this cart for about one week. It is well built with nice finished parts. It will lift the cargo up to 36" off the ground making it easy to load into a pickup truck. Both motors are very strong. It has two walking speeds, the slow one is great for moving in tight locations. The fast speed is great when you are out in the open. The battery has a power gauge and the switch to turn the battery on. The unit was well packed and had Allen wrenches and tools needed to install the two handles. The shipping was fast, you can see the box in my photo. If you want the BEST unit on the market this is it...TOP OF THE LINE

Operator should be in good physical health. We recommend operator should be between the ages of 18-70.

Will this work on carpeted stairs? How about wood, cement, etc.?

Yes, this will work on carpeted stairs as well, but only if the carpet is fully attached to the stairs. This stair climber will work indoors and outdoors alike. Cement, Wood, Iron and all types of stairs.

How long will the battery last? Are replacement available for purchase?

When used in a non-commercial form, such as in house and residential, the battery will last up to 3 years. Replacement batteries are available for purchase!

What type of staircase will it climb?

For all our stair climbing hand truck models, it requires the staircase height is less than 8.3 inches (21cm).

Can I use the stair climbing hand truck in the rain?

Our stair climbing hand truck can used inside and outside, but we do not recommend use it in the rain, since this will make the motor controller and battery to be short circuit.

What if I need replacement parts?
